To facilitate easy parking payments, Halifax Developments asks all parkers to complete a preauthorization payment form, which allows the payment to be debited automatically from the client’s bank account monthly via Visa, Master Card or American Express. We also offer direct payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express and debit at the Customer Service Centre for your convenience.
The Scotia Square Parkade has over 1,700 parking spaces on six levels, referenced from "A" to "F” that can be accessed 24 hours a day. Thirteen handicapped spots – two each on "A," “C”. "D," "E", and "F" levels and three on "B" level – are available and all parkade levels have access to elevators. Access to and from the parking facility is via Albemarle Street and Barrington Street.
Scotia Square Parkade is connected to an extensive system of covered pedestrian walkways and pedways that connect you to The World Trade and Convention Centre, The Metro Centre, and many other downtown destinations.
Our in-house security patrols the parkade on a regular basis. The next time you forget where your car is parked in the Scotia Square Parkade or have to deal with a dead battery, don’t fret. Scotia Square’s expanded Mobile Security Patrol will come to the rescue. Our golf cart driver, whose job includes patrolling the different levels of the parkade looking for people who require assistance, may spot patrons weighted down with bulky parcels and give the patron a lift to their car. It’s all part of the mall’s security and courtesy program. Our Security Department is tucked in behind the food court area on the lower level of Scotia Square.
Effective October 1, 2009, a monthly parking pass costs tenants $143.50 per month and non-tenants $149.24 per month per stall (plus applicable taxes). Also, there is a non-refundable, one-time administrative charge for the initial issuance of a parking card for monthly parkers of $20.00 plus HST. Should you require your parking privileges be set up in the corporate name, please provide authorization on corporate letterhead to invoice your company.

If a patron spends a minimum of $10.00 in a store that displays this sign in either Scotia Square or Barrington Place Shops, they will receive a validation that entitles them to one hour or two hours free parking in the Scotia Square Parkade. Only one 1 hour or one 2 hour validation can be used per visit. Retail and Commercial Tenants can purchase Validations at the Customer Service Centre.

Brunswick Place Parkade is a multi level parking facility consisting of 200 parking stalls and is conveniently located at the corner of Brunswick and Cogswell. Reserved parking is available in Brunswick Place Parkade only, subject to availability.
