Halifax Developments is very pleased to welcome you as a new Tenant to our complex. We wish you and your company every success in your new place of business and we look forward to a mutually beneficial business relationship.
Arrangements to reserve a service elevator and operator when you are moving in are to be made through the Customer Service Centre at 422-5546. Service is available Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Forty-eight (48) hours advance notice is required to book service elevators. Please do this as soon as possible as the demand is sometimes great.
We would like your move into your new premises to go as smoothly as possible and to facilitate this we require some information:
This form is used to indicate how you would like your company name to be listed on the building directory and your office door. One week's notice would be appreciated.
Please indicate the desired number of keys required by you and your staff.
Access to your building after hours is by an after hours security pass. These cards are to be provided to those individuals who require access to the building after normal business hours. Please indicate the number of after hours security passes required by you and your staff. The cost of each pass is $17.25 HST Included and 48 hour notice is required.
Please indicate the number of containers required so that you can participate in our recycling program.
In order for Halifax Developments to respond in a quick and efficient manner to emergency situations after normal business hours, we ask that you complete the Emergency Contact List for after hours use.
Halifax Developments is asking its Tenants to designate a representative to act as a liaison between the Tenant and Landlord with respect to inquiries concerning maintenance of the building (i.e., light replacement, leaks, etc.).
The purpose behind this is to decrease the influx of repeat calls to our Dispatch number from the same Tenant with Respect to the same problem.
This form is used to indicate when you would like after hours cleaning to begin.
Deliveries of excessively large or bulky items (i.e., construction materials, furniture) are to be made after regular business hours as specified above. Such deliveries may only be made via designated service areas. (See “Courier Service” section in your building’s Tenant Manual for location of service elevator.)

These forms are only to be completed by new Tenants moving into our complex. If after your move in you discover that your signage needs to be changed, you require more keys or security passes, lights need to be replaced, etc., you can call our Customer Service Centre directly at 422-5546 or you can place your request through our Customer Service web page

Our regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and all personnel may be reached at 429-3660. After hours, all calls are routed to our Customer Service Centre location is Scotia Square Mall.

For maintenance, all cleaning, recycling and all non-emergency security related inquiries, please call Customer Service Centre Dispatcher at 422-5546 or visit the "Customer Service" section of our web page.
For a
"WHIMS" controlled product storage, please call Klara Dougherty needs to be updated at 474-6611.
For accounting related inquiries, please call Mary Cluette at 474-6620.
For additional space requirements or lease inquiries, please contact our Leasing Department at 429-3660.
A statement of your monthly rental charges will be forwarded to you within the next few weeks. Please forward your rental cheques by the first day of each month to:
