Scotia Square

The Scotia Square Parkade has over 1,700 parking spaces, thirteen of which are wheelchair accessible. All parkade levels have access to elevators. The parkade is accessible 24 hours a day from Albemarle and Barrington Streets.

Our Parkade has recently undergone another phase of restoration totaling 1,600,000. This three-year extensive renovation program, in addition to years of restoration and preventative maintenance, is designed to extend the life of the garage by 25 to 30 years.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Rate: $2.00 per ½ hour
Maximum: $20.00

Evening
Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Rate: $2.00 per ½ hour
Maximum: $10.00
